President Buhari says he nearly Absconded after seeing an Empty Treasury after Winning the Elections


While talking about the Nigerian economic recession recently, President Muhammadu Buhari blamed PDP for the way they handled the finances of Nigeria in the last administration and he says that he nearly absconded after seeing a near-empty treasury when he was appointed President.
