According to a report on Pulse.ng, Chinedu was able to navigate the distance with the ball placed in the centre of his head. Chinedu said: “This one is a record created by me and I’m happy that I have done my own side. "It is left for the Guinness World Record to rectify it and and bring back the results." This is not the first time the Cambodia-based footballer has reportedly registered his name in the Guinness World Record. Motorists and commuters plying the Enugu-Onitsha and Enugu-Port Harcourt express roads will heave a sigh of relief as the federal government has mobilized contractors to return to sites to rehabilitate the roads. Work on the Enugu-Onitsha highway was abandoned over 10 years ago, while that of the Enugu-Port Harcourt was abandoned last year. The Enugu-Onitsha highway is a major link road for people from the Northern states to the commercial city of Onitsha in Anambra state. The state used to engage in a three-hour sanitation on the last Saturday of the month but this was terminated on Wednesday, November 23 Executive Council meeting which approved the need for a robust review of the environmental laws and procedures in the state in order to meet the present day challenges and to promote a clean and healthy environment. In a statement by Steve Ayorinde who is the state commissioner for information and strategy, he said the state realised that it was economically unreasonable to prevent people in a mega city from going about their business. Soldiers have reportedly taken over Oshodi, a major metropolis of Lagos following a clash that occurred between rival groups of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW). The Nigerian Tribune reports that the clash occurred between the night of Tuesday, November 22 and the early hours of Wednesday, November 23 at the Bolade area of  Oshodi leaving many with various degrees of injury. When the battle raged on on Tuesday, a team of anti-riot policemen reportedly dispersed them. However, they were said to have regrouped Wednesday wielding and freely using various dangerous weapons. One of the factions was said to be loyal to Talo Skibo while the other faction is belongs to be owned by a popular Lagos resident nicknamed Bush. According to a video which has since gone viral, a man walked onto a bus stark naked, approached the female driver and asked her to give him some money. The shocked driver asked: "Are you crazy? A Federal High Court judge, Justice Mohammed Idris has refused a request to restrain another judge from taking further step on the account of Patience Jonathan. The former first lady’s bank account containing N15.5 million was frozen by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on alleged act of corruption. Guardian reports that Mr Ifedayo Adedipe who is the counsel to the former first lady filed an order to restrain Justice Babs Kuewumi from taking further steps on the frozen sum but the EFCC countered asking the court to dismiss the application. Mr Rotimi Oyedepo who is the anti-graft agency’s counsel said there was already an order of court convicting four defendants for warehousing proceeds of crime. The judge ordered accelerated hearing of the case and said that he could not make any order that will be prejudicial to the outcome of the main suit. Mahmood Yakoob, the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has excluded the possibility of postponing Saturday’s Ondo governorship election. At a meeting in Akure on Tuesday, Mr Yakoob has stressed that situation in Ondo didn't meet the conditions of the Electoral Act that will oblige to postpone an election. He also reiterated that the comission is committed to ensure a successful and transparent election: "We have taken steps to ensure that the Ondo election is held as scheduled. INEC has no plan to postpone the election this weekend." The chairman said that the INEC officials will follow the provisions of the constitution and the Electoral Act while administering the election. Meanwhile, disputes within PDP members concerning their candidate would be resolved in accordance with the decisions of the сourt. The Punch reports that the CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele, who briefed newsmen on the outcome of the meeting of the ten member committee, explained that holding all the rates is best for the economy at the moment. Emefiele said the committee also voted to retain the Cash Reserves Ratio at 22.5 per cent. Also retained are the Liquidity Ratio, which was left at 30 per cent; and the Asymmetric Window which was left at +200 and -500 basis points around the MPR. The retention of the benchmark interest rates is happening at a time the country is experiencing deepening recession coupled with worsening inflation. The Game  has been ordered to pay a hefty sum of money to a woman who claimed he sexually assaulted her. TMZ  is reporting that an Illinois judge ruled the rapper (real name  Jayceon Terrell Taylor ) will have to pay  Priscilla Rainey  $7 million for allegedly sexually assaulting her during a reality show shoot in 2015. The judgement was entered against him last week for a total of $7.13 million. E! News has learned the rapper is planning to appeal the ruling. Originally, Rainey  filed a lawsuit  against The Game for $10 million in August of 2015.
