Chris Brown and Omarion are locked in a bitter lawsuit, over who owned the song “Post To Be.” According to Chris Brown’s reps, they own the song and Omarion stole it from them. Here is how the lawsuit is being reported elsewhere: The company explains back in 2014, the song “Came To Do” was written by multiple songwriters and featured on Chris Brown’s album, X. One of the writers, Redwine, assigned 50% of the rights to the song to BMG. Then later in the year, Omarion released his fourth studio album under Atlantic Records which included the track “Post to Be” which they say infringes on Chris Brown’s song, which they own the rights to currently. The company accuses Omarion’s track of being identical in pitches, intervals, rhythmic durations and beat placement. Mustard produced the track released by the singer. A transgender man, Fernando Machado who was assigned female at birth and his partner Diane Rodriguez, who was assigned male at birth, gave birth to a healthy child after conceiving with his transgender wife, making the couple the first transgender couple in South America to do so. The couple who gave birth in June, live in Ecuador have expressed their desire to have more children. Machado told BBC: “We are the same as other families. Chris Brown posted a story by TMZ on his IG page where he talked about Child services visitng him following the alleged gun incident where a former beauty queen accused him of pointing a gun at her face. Why he attacked his baby Mama Nia Guzman is not known but he attacked her and basically called her a gold digger. She didn't ignore the comments.
